As an Assistant Shop Manager, your role is to support the Shop Manager in all their tasks and actively contribute to creating an exceptional customer experience by guiding our customers through our various chocolates.

Your tasks:

• Assist the Shop Manager in the daily and operational management of the store.
• Participate in the commercial management and development of strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
• Support the Shop Manager in personnel management and development, including recruitment, evaluation, and coaching.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Ensure the store is clean and attractive and that established procedures are followed.

• A chocolate lover with an excellent commercial attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities, the ability to act as a role model for the team.
• Flexibility to work at various locations in the Brussels region, on weekends and evenings.

Status:

• Full-time employee (38 hours/week).
