At Leonidas, we are looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, ready to offer an unforgettable experience to every visitor. If you enjoy understanding our customers' preferences to guide them through our selection of over 80 pralines, your mission will be to spread joy and happiness to our clientele.

Your responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome our customers, enthusiastically inform them about our products, and expertly advise them on their purchases.
• Become a true ambassador of the Leonidas brand by sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products.
• Create magical moments by introducing our latest creations crafted by our master chocolatiers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by being attentive to their needs and desires and providing high-quality service.
• Maintain an impeccable presentation of our products in the display, following our marketing department's guidelines.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Handle the cash register (registering purchases, handling payments, issuing receipts, and performing cash reconciliation).
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to store procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Someone with at least an A3 diploma and experience in sales.
• A knack for numbers and mental calculations.
• Dexterity and speed in task execution.
• A customer- and sales-oriented mindset, able to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Languages:

• Fluent in Dutch and French.
