🍫 Join our Ostend team as a Chocolate Advisor – Student Job!

Are you passionate about the world of chocolate and enjoy customer contact? Do you want to gain your first professional experience in a dynamic and friendly environment?

At Leonidas, we are looking for a motivated and friendly student to join our Ostend team for approximately 8 hours per week.

If you enjoy advising customers and helping them discover our many pralines, your mission will be to contribute to offering them a warm and gourmet experience. 🍫

Your missions

Warmly welcome our customers and assist them with their purchases;
Inform and advise customers about our products;
Become a true ambassador for the Leonidas brand;
Introduce our different pralines and new products;
Be attentive to customer needs and ensure quality service;
Ensure the impeccable presentation of products and the display window;
Participate in receiving deliveries and organizing the stockroom;
Perform cash register operations rigorously;
Ensure cleanliness and adherence to store procedures.

What we are looking for

Above all, we are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, dynamic, and enthusiastic;
Comfortable with customer contact;
Service and customer satisfaction oriented;
Serious, reliable, and punctual;
Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
Fast and organized in task execution;
Comfortable with numbers and cash register operations;
Available to work mainly on weekends and/or during school holidays.

Previous experience in sales or customer contact is a plus, but not essential.

⏰ Schedule

Student job: approximately 8 hours per week
Regular availability on weekends is desired
Additional hours may be offered during busier periods or school holidays.

🌍 Languages

Fluent Dutch and French are essential to welcome and advise our customers in Ostend.
Knowledge of English is a plus.
