Your Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers, enthusiastically inform them about our products, and expertly guide them in their purchases.
• Become a true Leonidas brand ambassador by sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products.
• Create magical moments by introducing customers to our latest creations crafted by our master chocolatiers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by attentively addressing their needs and providing high-quality service.
• Maintain an impeccable presentation of our products in the display cases, following the guidelines from our marketing department.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock in the storage area.
• Handle cash register operations (recording sales, processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash register).
• Ensure the cleanliness and adherence to store procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

• A candidate with at least an high school diploma and experience in sales.
• Strong numerical and mental arithmetic skills.
• Dexterity and efficiency in task execution.
• A customer-oriented and commercial mindset with the ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
