Your Mission

As a Lead Operator / Line Leader, you will play a key role in operating our production lines, ensuring their optimal functioning in terms of safety, quality, and productivity. You will be the right-hand person to the Production Supervisor, directly contributing to the achievement of our production goals.

Your Responsibilities

Train and monitor your team, ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and motivate team members with constructive feedback.
Perform traceability of raw materials and finished products, ensure compliance of packaging and labeling.
Manage production tools, maintain order and cleanliness, and check machine cleaning.
Start and monitor production, minimize waste, and anticipate needs for future productions.
Apply the quality control plan, participate in inventories, and propose improvements.

Your Profile

Experience in team management in a production environment.
Proven skills in quality and people management.
Rigor, precision, and proactivity.
Basic technical understanding and ability to operate machines.
Proficiency in French.
