Production Controller

Our Production Controller will be responsible for the implementation of the new investment project and the financial reporting of our new factory in Nivelles.

He/she will be responsible for controlling production costs and will play a key role in drawing up budgets, monitoring expenditure and analysing variances, while working closely with the production and management teams to ensure the profitability and efficiency of our operations.

Your tasks

• Develop and monitor production budgets for the new plant and production lines.
• Analyse production costs and identify variances from forecasts.
• Set up and maintain effective internal control systems.
• Working with production teams to optimise processes and reduce costs.
• Participate in the preparation of forecasts and financial objectives.
• Be capable of handling the monthly closing of production costs.

What we are looking for

• Degree in accounting, finance, management or equivalent field.
• At least 5 years' experience in management control, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent command of IT tools and management software (SAP, Excel, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, rigorous and able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), Dutch is a plus.
