Are you passionate about the world of chocolate and enjoy customer interaction? Do you want to join the world of Leonidas and help provide a warm and delicious experience to our visitors?

To strengthen our team at the Outlet / Persoshop in Nivelles, we are looking for a Flexi-jobber for approximately 15 hours per week, mainly during lunchtime.

🍫 Your mission

As a Chocolate Advisor, you are a true ambassador for the Leonidas brand. You welcome our customers with enthusiasm and assist them in their choices from our wide assortment of pralines and chocolate products.

Your tasks will include:

• Warmly welcoming our customers and advising them on their purchases;
• Presenting and explaining our products with enthusiasm;
• Understanding our customers' desires and preferences to offer them the most suitable products;
• Ensuring quality customer service and helping to create a pleasant in-store experience;
• Participating in the attractive presentation of products and maintaining order in the sales area;
• Receiving deliveries and participating in inventory management;
• Performing cash register operations: recording sales, collecting payments, issuing receipts, cash reconciliation;
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the store and adherence to procedures;
• Supporting the team mainly during lunchtime, to ensure service continuity and support the Persoshop's activity.

👤 What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is:

• Dynamic, smiling, and comfortable with customer contact;
• Ideally with previous experience in sales or customer service;
• Sales-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction;
• Organized, reliable, and able to work autonomously;
• Comfortable with numbers and cash register operations;
• Fast and efficient in performing tasks;
• Able to work in a team;
• Available mainly on weekdays during lunchtime;
• Living in Nivelles or its surroundings: a real plus.

🌍 Languages

Knowledge of French is essential. Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is a plus.
