HR Intern – HR Business Partnering

Are you a Human Resources student looking for a stimulating internship in an iconic Belgian company, renowned for its pralines and strong human values?

In a constantly evolving international environment, you will support the HR team and actively participate in HR projects, in direct connection with the HR Business Partners.

Your mission:

Alongside an HRBP, you will be involved in various dimensions of human resources, to gain concrete and formative experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes (drafting offers, CV selection, interview scheduling, welcoming new employees).
• Contribute to HR administrative follow-up: contract management, updating personnel files, filing.
• Provide support on cross-functional HR projects: performance, training, well-being, digitalization, process improvement.
• Collaborate on internal HR communication and the dissemination of company values.
• Be a point of contact to answer employee questions and relay HR information.

Your profile:

• You are currently studying (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Work Psychology, Management, Administration, or a related field.
• You are organized, proactive, and have good interpersonal skills.
• You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate discretion and rigor.
• You are comfortable with IT tools (Office 365) and have good adaptability.
