HR Payroll Officer

Your mission

Join a dynamic HR team of 6 passionate employees! In this key role, you actively contribute to monthly payroll management, benefits tracking, absence administration, and the production of reliable reports.

As a true partner to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you play a central role in the smooth operation of payroll and personnel administration.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in calculating compensation for a population of approximately 150 employees (sales force), in collaboration with our Securex payroll and Protime time management tools
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in HR systems
• Be a reference point of contact for employees and managers on payroll and personnel administration matters (payslips, timekeeping, absences, etc.)
• Develop accurate and relevant HR reports
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll and personnel administration processes

Your profile

• Good command of the MS Office suite; knowledge of Securex and Protime is a plus
• Rigor, organizational skills, analytical mind and service orientation are your main assets
• Perfectly bilingual French / Dutch
• Solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation
• Experience in a social secretariat or a personnel department is a plus
