Your mission:

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the preparation and planning of specific maintenance work to ensure the best possible equipment availability. They work closely with the maintenance and production team to minimise technical downtime and optimise interventions. They are also in charge of managing the spare parts store.

Your responsibilities:

1. Analyse and prioritise technical intervention requests to distribute them to all technical stakeholders.

2. Prepare work and define the resources needed to optimise work performance (spare parts, tooling, safety, specific work permits, etc.). Write work instructions and transmit the necessary information. Check the availability of resources before each intervention and ensure that parts or subcontracted services are ordered. Prepare the material and organise stock removals for interventions by coordinating collaboration with the technical store.

3. Plan preventive and curative maintenance work, improvements and mandatory legal inspections, taking into account the availability of personnel, equipment and materials.

4. Monitor the intervention and progress of work carried out by internal and external service providers. Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and cost optimisation. Manage work orders in the CMMS.

5. Maintain effective communication with all internal and external partners.

6. Be ultimately responsible for managing the spare parts and technical consumables required for the smooth operation of the factory.

Your qualifications:

Hold a technical degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent experience.

Have in-depth knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and basic knowledge of automation.

Have significant experience (min. 5 years of experience in a similar role).

Have a mastery of Microsoft Office and CMMS tools (knowledge of SAP PM is a real asset).

Having initial experience in the food industry is a plus.

Languages: French, English.
