To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Prevention Advisor passionate about workplace safety and well-being who will be committed to our project of building our new factory which is expected to be completed in 2025 in Nivelles.

Your mission

As a Prevention Advisor, you will play a central role in improving working conditions within our organization. Your main mission will be to promote the safety, health, and well-being of workers by implementing preventive actions in accordance with Belgian legislation.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and analyze risks related to safety and health within the company.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the global prevention plan and the annual action plan.
  • Advise management on measures to improve working conditions and reduce risks.
  • Organize awareness campaigns and safety training for employees.
  • Conduct control visits to workplaces to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Work closely with the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPPT) and other safety stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory monitoring and update procedures according to legislative developments.
  • Write reports on working conditions and propose corrective solutions.

Your profile

  • You have completed the prevention advisor training of level 2 or 1 recognized in Belgium.
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a prevention advisor, ideally in an industrial or production environment.
  • You have good knowledge of safety standards, Belgian legislation on workplace well-being, and risk management systems.
  • You have good analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. You work with rigor and proactivity.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch. A good knowledge of English is an asset.
