Your mission

As a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our product strategy. You will manage our entire product range, from analysis to innovation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. You will be at the heart of the development process, working closely with our Master Chocolatiers to create products that delight customers worldwide.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze our current product range critically and propose optimizations to maximize its impact.
• Design and manage the product development pipeline in line with seasonal calendars, supported by the Marketing Manager.
• Lead projects from A to Z, ensuring smooth coordination with all stakeholders.
• Act as the go-to product expert for all matters related to chocolate management and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our external partners.

Essential qualifications

• You hold a higher or university degree in marketing.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing within the food industry.
• You possess sharp analytical skills and proven experience in project management.
• You have a natural talent for building constructive relationships based on mutual respect and collaboration.
• You are curious about the technical aspects and the production process of chocolate.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
