PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

YOUR MISSION

As the true orchestrator of your sector, you ensure daily that objectives are met in terms of: safety, quality, productivity, and costs. On the ground, you embody Leonidas values, provide a clear framework, stimulate efficiency, and create a motivating and pleasant work environment.

You will join a team of 3 other supervisors, all reporting to the Production Manager, with whom you will collaborate closely to ensure the fluidity and performance of operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

⚙️ Operations

Supervise all stages of the manufacturing process
Coordinate effectively with other departments (HSE, maintenance, planning, quality)
Monitor and input production data and KPIs (time, volumes, breakdowns, scrap, occupancy rate)
Continuously seek process optimization

🤝 People Management

Lead and supervise your sector's team
Set and communicate clear objectives
Organize, plan, and manage resources optimally
Develop the autonomy, versatility, and skills of your employees
Conduct individual interviews (onboarding, development, performance, various follow-ups)
Foster motivation, cohesion, and continuous improvement

🔒 Safety

Ensure the safety of your team
Enforce and uphold safety rules
Promote a safety culture through dialogue and concrete actions
Participate in risk analyses with the prevention advisor

✅ Quality

Guarantee product quality and compliance with hygiene standards
Apply and enforce procedures
Supervise the order and cleanliness of the sector
Collaborate with the cleaning team and participate in quality meetings

YOUR PROFILE

· Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· Proven experience in team management or coordination. A true positive leader, capable of guiding, inspiring, and developing their team

· Minimum 5 years of experience – experience in the food industry is a plus

· Strong organizational and communication skills, good interpersonal skills

· Ability to evaluate, motivate, and unite

· Analytical mindset and proactive approach

· Bilingual FR & NL – notions of English are a plus

· Mobility – driving license B: Relocation from Anderlecht to Nivelles in progress.
