Your mission:
You will be responsible for managing the reception area and incoming calls for the company.
Your tasks:
- You will welcome incoming people and ensure the proper reception of visitors and customers.
- You will answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate people.
- You will be responsible for managing the mail.
- You will provide versatile administrative support to meet the requests of your colleagues.
- You will listen to your contacts and respond to their requests effectively.
- You will perform data entry tasks.
Your profile:
- Trilingual in French/English/Dutch.
- Experience in the desired function.
- Proficient in computer tools (Word, Excel, IBM).
- You establish excellent relationships with a service-oriented mindset.
- You demonstrate proactivity and organization.
- You demonstrate discretion in your work.
