SAP SUPPORT

Your mission:

As part of the IT team, provide support to internal clients/users, analyze needs, and participate in business flow evolution projects to optimize and align them with the company’s strategy.
Continuously promote and stimulate the development and improvement of the quality of processes and tools used.

Your tasks:

• SUPPORT:
  • Provide user support for systems and processes in an SAP environment.
  • Conduct ongoing training, coaching for users, and draft all necessary documentation.
  • Analyze and define user needs in a structured way.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upgrading of implemented solutions.
  • Act as a backup for the Business Software Coordinator.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
  • Analyze existing business processes on different platforms to ensure they meet the needs or remain aligned with requirements.
  • Based on identified needs, conduct feasibility studies for IT workflows to clearly define solutions, considering possibilities and limitations.
  • Participate in the Group’s strategic projects, propose the most suitable IT solutions, and evaluate the internal or external resources necessary for implementing the proposed solution.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent by experience.
• 5 years of experience as an SAP ECC specialist (MM/SD/PP Modules).
• Basic knowledge of ABAP is an asset.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to understand and identify user needs/difficulties.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Process modeling skills.
• Organizational and planning abilities.
• A critical mindset.
• Assertiveness.
• Ease in collaboration and contact.
• Diplomacy.

Your other IT skills:

• Knowledge of SAP BW, SAP BO, SAP Analysis.
• Knowledge of EDI.

Your language skills:

• Fluency in French and a very good level of English.
• Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
