Your responsibilities:

· You carry out planned patrols during the shift (08:00-16:00/16:00-00:00/00:00-08:00)

· You act as a night receptionist by checking the critical points on the checklist

· You ensure that lighting, faucets, air conditioning, etc. are switched off/functional

· You control entries and exits

· You report what happened the previous day to the reception and your supervisor

· You report any anomalies to your manager

· You answer the phone and make microphone calls

· You check the registration of subcontractors

· You take the wheeled garbage containers to the sidewalk

· You place safety cones along the sidewalk.

· You will allow access to the building before 8 a.m. to our workers (some already arrive at 4:30 a.m.)

· You provide support to production: cleaning molds, etc.

Profile

· You have no criminal record

· You can work alone

· You are confident and know how to react in case of unforeseen events

· You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of Dutch

· You are polite and caring

· You have an impeccable presentation
