As a Shop Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the store, ensuring that commercial objectives are met and our customers are satisfied.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational and commercial management of the store under the supervision of a Cluster Manager.
• Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the store team: recruit, evaluate, develop, and retain talent.
• Motivate the team around commercial objectives and ensure superior customer service.
• Create a work environment based on trust, respect, and accountability.
• Track orders and inventory, align working hours with sales activities, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
