Legal Advisor FR/el-GR/EN

We are looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join our legal department. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and proposing creative solutions aligned with our business strategy. Main Responsibilities

You will handle a wide range of legal topics across our key markets: Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

• Commercial Distribution: Ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Business Practices: Monitor and advise on applicable standards in different countries.
• Intellectual Property: Manage trademarks, copyrights, and patents to protect our intellectual assets.
• Contracts: Draft and review various agreements, including those with international partners.
• Real Estate Law: Manage commercial leases for our sites across Europe.
• Insurance and Corporate Law: Provide guidance on governance and legal obligations.
• ICT and E-commerce: Provide legal oversight for our digital activities, including social media.
• Employment Law: Oversee termination matters and collective labor relations on a transnational level.
• Provide general support on international administrative and legal issues.

Your Profile

• Legal Expertise: 3 to 5 years of experience in an international environment, ideally in the areas mentioned.
• Language Skills: Fluency in French, Greek, and English is essential. Knowledge of Dutch or German is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and Legisway.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple countries.
