Your role

As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for Leonidas' own shop at Cologne railway station. You will lead a small team of around 5 employees and be responsible for the commercial and operational management of the shop.

Your tasks

You will oversee the commercial, operational and personnel management of the shop under the supervision of a Cluster Manager.
You create an action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
You are responsible for good people management: you recruit, assess, develop and retain talent.
You motivate and unite your team around commercial objectives.
You develop your team's ability to provide first-class customer service.
You create a climate of trust, respect and accountability within your team.
You ensure that your team's tasks and responsibilities are carried out to a high standard.
You will track orders and stock, create schedules in line with sales activity, monitor sales results and stock levels, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, etc.
You will be responsible for the cleanliness and attractiveness of the shop.
